Delivery terms

We offer delivery Worldwide: European Union, UK, Ireland, USA, Australia, Canada and etc.

Save time on ordering. There are 4 delivery options available in the online store:

1. Postamat. Postamat is a terminal with an automated system for storing ordered goods. The convenience is that a person can pick up the order at any convenient time. When the order arrives at the postamat, a unique code will be sent to your phone or e-mail. The order must be paid at the parcel terminal. Shelf life is some days, depends of the company.
2. Pickup from the store. You can pick up the order from the stores by agreeing the possibility, order confirmation with our store. You will receive a notification confirmation by email or phone. Your friend or relative who knows the number and name to whom it is issued can pick up the purchase.
3. Courier delivery works from 9.00 to 19.00. When the goods arrive at the warehouse, the courier service will contact you to clarify the details. The specialist will offer to choose a convenient delivery time and specify the address. Inspect the packaging for integrity and compliance with the specified configuration.
4. Postal delivery via Latvian Post. When your order arrives at the branch, a notice of the parcel will be sent to your address via email or phone. 

The delivery cost is a separate cost. The price for payment will be offered after order confirmation from our store.

The delivery cost will be added to your invoice after order confirmation by our store only. You can pay it together with a final invoice.

Our E-Store offers several delivery options:

•  courier;
•  local pickup;

•  Post (Latvian and etc).

Express delivery

You can order the delivery of goods by courier, who will arrive at the specified address on weekdays and Saturdays from 9.00 to 19.00. The courier service, after the goods arrive at the warehouse, will contact you and offer you to choose a convenient delivery time. Specify the address.

Local Pickup from the store

You can pick up the order from the stores by agreeing the possibility, order confirmation with our store. You will receive a notification confirmation by email or phone. Your friend or relative who knows the number and name to whom it is issued can pick up the purchase.

How to work with a post office:

•  a unique code will be sent to your phone or e-mail, which means that the goods have been delivered to the parcel terminal;
•  you come to the post office, enter the received code and follow the instructions of the machine;
•  pay for the order at the postamat terminal;
• pick up the goods.
