Warranty
The warranty period is the period during which the customer, having discovered a defect in the goods, has the right to demand from the seller or the manufacturer to take measures to eliminate the defect. The seller must eliminate the defects, unless it is proved that they arose as a result of violations by the buyer of the rules of operation. When does the warranty start? From the moment of transfer of the goods to the consumer, if there is no clarification in the contract; if it is not possible to determine the date of purchase, then the guarantee goes from the moment of manufacture; for seasonal goods, the guarantee goes from the moment the season begins; when ordering goods from the online store, the guarantee starts from the day of delivery.
Warranty service includes:
elimination of product defects in certified service centers;
exchange for a similar product without additional payment;
exchange for a similar product with a surcharge;
return of goods and transfer of funds to the account of the buyer.
Exchange and return of products of good quality
The seller guarantees that the buyer within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods may return the goods if:
The product has not been used and has a presentation condition and view.
It should be in the original package with all the labels, and there are documents for the purchase of the product;
The buyer has the right to exchange goods of good quality for another trade offer of this product or another product identical in value or for another product with an additional payment or refund of the difference in price.
If the buyer finds defects in the goods after its purchase, he may demand a replacement from the seller. The replacement must be made within 14 days from the date of the request.
If the goods are not included in the list of products of good quality, not subject to return and exchange.
The proof of purchase should be add for the return.
The client responsible for paying shipping cost for item's return.
Shipping cost is not refundable amount.
In case, of the exchange, replacement of the item, the buyer is responsible for item shipment.
In case, if the buyer ordered shipment company, the buyer responsible for the item transportation, as well as tracking number, shipment method, conditions, insurance, damages.
The return could not be accepted in the following situations:
Item is not in its original package, condition, has a user damages.
Item returned more than 14 days after the shipment day.
Item is used.
Items on sale offer can not be returned.
Refund
The refund possible only in case of:
- items returned during 14 days of the shipment day.
- in case of defects, there is no possibility to change, repair the item to the same or similar item.
After items returned to shop, it's should be checked. The client will be notified that items received, checked and refund amount confirmed.
In case, of refund rejection, the client will be notified.
In case, of the refund confirmation, the client will be notified about process, payment details and time.
The shipment amount is not refundable amount.
